Alexandra (23) Thought She Was Pregnant With Twins – But When She Saw The Ultrasound, She Burst Into Tears

Since she gave birth, her record hasn’t been broken. She is still the only person who has ever given birth to quintuplets, without the help of a C-section, an epidural, IVF or other fertility treatments. And Alexandra is incredibly proud of that fact!
