We take you back to the year 1975, where Nicholas Nixon and his girlfriend Bebe spend the weekend in New York City, together with Bebe’s three sisters.

Nicholas decides to take a picture of the four beautiful women. The sisters pose in front of the camera and put on serious faces.

What Nicholas did not realise back then, was that this would be the first of many iconic pictures. For ‘Almost’ 40 years the four sisters would pose together.
